Some garage door problems are just annoying. Others leave your house open, your car trapped, or a heavy door hanging by one cable. Those calls go to the front of our line. We're open 7 days a week, 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM, including weekends and most holidays.
Calls we treat as urgent
- Door stuck open — your home isn't secure.
- Car trapped inside — you need to get to work.
- Broken spring — the door is unbalanced and dangerous to lift.
- Snapped cable or door off track — the door could fall.
- Door hit by a vehicle — bent sections and tracks.
- Break-in damage — secure it now, repair it properly.
What to do while you wait
- Stop using the opener and unplug it if the door is crooked or off track.
- Keep everyone clear of the door, especially kids and pets.
- Don't pull the emergency release if a spring is broken and the door is open.
- Take photos if you can — they help us bring the right parts.
After 11:30 PM? Leave a message or send the form. If the door is down and closed, it's usually safe to leave until morning — we open at 6:00 AM and urgent calls go first.

We're open from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM, seven days a week. Outside those hours you can leave a message or send our form, and urgent calls are first in line when we open.
My car is stuck in the garage — what should I do?
Call us. If a spring is broken, don't try to lift the door by hand or pull the release while the door is open. We'll prioritize your visit.
Do you work weekends and holidays?
Yes. Our hours are the same every day of the week, 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
